Easter cookin'

A bit o' peanut butter, a few pistachios,  crispy cereal and a touch of coconut.  I made a second batch later to replace the ones I gobbled up before they were completely done...

Enjoying the fruits of our labor at a picnic in Wash Park.  Mom's blueberry muffins were divine.
