Guy/girl ratio in the weight room tonight: 30:1. So I claimed my spot on the end as not to interfere with their male bonding and squatted and curled as a lady should. When I complained to trainer Craig that more women should lift, he replied with "all those idiots" intimidate them! I beg to differ; aren't they too busy pumping their chests and grunting for each other than to pass judgment on a girl's technique/skill/weight, etc??? Unless, of course, she's pumping more iron than he is.
And to be honest, I find it more intimidating to be in yoga class. Which I better get over in time for 6AM Yoga Sculpt on Friday...
