A (Big) Red Black Friday

Yes, this is my kind of day after Thanksgiving.  Start with a 7AM wake-up call and two glorious hours of gym time (to include a conversation about pumpkin rolls with a nice looking gentleman...).  Add to that Husker football on the big screen and lunch with Carlos, Plum Creek wine and Marczyk's for an Izze+San Pellegrino cocktail.  And then, a halftime walk to the Tattered Cover for season appropriate peppermint lattes.  Yes, please and thank you!

Small Business Saturday is tomorrow!  Hop, skip or jump to the Highlands for a fluffy treat at Happy Cakes, a bottle of Holiday bubbly from Mondo Vino, Christmas cards courtesy of Wordshop, and Vegetable Pot Pie from your window table at Duo.  Delightful and local, to boot!  

Take a day of shopping rest on Sunday and play hooky on Monday for Cyber Monday (because why attempt to multitask).
