Gym bits

That guy's v-neck tee was way more v than mine.  And I kinda liked it...

I forgot proper workout under attire; white t-shirt + black lacey number = trouble.  And less intense cardio...

Okay, so I finally did my two hundred sit-ups initial test.  I managed 80 sit-ups before half-assuming that was more than enough to rank excellent and called it a day.  
Whew!  My assumption was correct!  Tomorrow I begin the program in Week 3 in column 2 or 3.
It looks much more intimidating when there are multiple sets.  Here goes abs-of-steel the challenge!
